Why RED is actually GREEN… If you have been by the Chenier lately (the aquatic pond and ridge in the middle of our community) you may have noticed a blanket of really red “stuff” floating on the water.   This “stuff” is actually a fern-like plant called Azolla, and it’s just one of the many environmentally intelligent elements incorporated into Chenier’s design.
